This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:

  • Check-In: 2:00 PM
  • Check-Out: 11:00 AM
  • Late check-out: departures after 11am are subject to availability and have an additional cost per room.

If you wish to extend your stay, please contact reception to check availability.

RULES AND USE OF THE COMMON AREAS OF THE HOTEL

For an excellent experience at our hotel, we invite you to read our rules to live in harmony with the rest of our guests and take care of our establishment.

ENTRY TO THE HOTEL IS PROHIBITED BY PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT LISTED IN THE RESERVATION. IF GUESTS WISH TO RECEIVE VISITORS, THEY MUST FIRST CONSULT WITH THE HOTEL STAFF AND REGISTER THE VISITOR BY PRESENTING THEIR IDENTIFICATION.
IF UNIDENTIFIED PEOPLE ENTRY, A FINE OF UP TO US$200 MUST BE PAID AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF THEIR STAY.

SILENCE POLICY

For good coexistence, it is requested to maintain silence after 9 p.m., including music or other sounds that may disturb other guests.

BEDROOMS

  • We ask you to make good use of the room and the equipment in it.
  • To avoid possible surcharges, keep furniture and electronic devices in good condition (furniture, sanitary devices, decorations, carpets, and others). Otherwise, in the event of breaks, stains, scratches, and/or any other inconvenience, the guest is financially responsible for the repairs.
  • Whites: in case of tears, stains, or loss of sheets, towels, and/or bedspread, the full value of the garment will be charged at the time of check-out.
  • When leaving, please turn off the lights and air conditioning and keep the doors closed.
  • It is the guest’s responsibility to hand over the room keys once their stay has ended. In case of loss, the guest is responsible for the replacement fee of $20 US

POOL RULES

  • Permitted use hours: From 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Please shower before entering, and remove tanning creams and/or sunscreens, and dirt on your feet or body.
  • It is prohibited to enter with inappropriate clothing. Always wear a swimsuit.
  • It is not allowed to consume food or drinks inside the pool, as well as the use of glasses and/or glass objects or any sharp element.
  • Do not dive headfirst or run along the edges of the pool.
  • Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult, who is responsible for their supervision and control.
  • The entry of pets is prohibited.
  • No smoking.
  • Always make use of the space respecting other guests. Avoid talking loudly, shouting, splashing, or using music equipment.

USE OF THE JACUZZI

  • The use of the jacuzzi is 20 minutes with a capacity for two people.
  • The jacuzzi hours are from 8 am to 8:30 pm since the jets make a lot of noise and we don’t want to disturb other guests.

SECURITY

  • Please take care of your belongings. Always keep your room closed and locked, do not leave your luggage or any personal items in the common areas.
  • The hotel is not and will not be responsible for any loss or damage to property owned or in the custody of the guest.

MINORS

  • Children are not allowed to circulate in common areas without the supervision of a responsible adult.

GUESTS

  • For security reasons, access to the rooms by people who are not staying at the hotel is prohibited. If the guest receives visitors, they must remain in the hotel lobby and register at the reception by presenting their ID or passport.
  • For meetings, barbecues, or breakfast with people who are not staying we have Day use rates. Check availability and surcharge per person.

PETS

  • As long as they are accompanied by their owners and using a walking leash, pets may circulate in the garden and public areas, except for those intended for the sale and/or service of food and beverages, as well as the pool.
  • Pets are not allowed to remain alone in the room.
  • Care must be taken to take care of the facilities and good behavior, avoiding annoying noises caused by barking and/or meowing that may disturb other guests.
  • The hotel reserves the right to charge an extra fee for room cleaning if the pet creates a mess or dirt.
  • A deposit will be charged when you enter with the pet, which will be returned at check out if you have complied with all the rules.

SMOKE-FREE

  • Smoking is prohibited inside the hotel, this includes rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. Those guests who do not comply with this rule will be fined. You can smoke in the hotel parking lot.

ADMISSIONS RIGHT

You are expected to behave in an orderly and acceptable manner at all times. We reserve the right to immediately terminate your booking and the booking of any members of your party if we (acting reasonably) consider your conduct to be in breach of these rules.
Conduct that we consider reasonably inappropriate includes, but is not limited to:

  • Inappropriate noise or disturbance levels.
  • Drunken state or rebellious behavior.
  • Any behavior that appears offensive to other Guests or collaborators.
  • We will at all times act reasonably in making any determination under this clause.

In the event that we cancel your stay, you will be required to vacate your accommodation immediately. You will be responsible for any damage or loss caused by you or a member of your party.

Full payment for any damage or loss must be paid prior to your departure. If you are unable to make payment, you will be responsible for meeting any claims (including legal costs) subsequently made against us as a result of your actions together with all costs we incur in pursuing any claim on your behalf. against.

Our obligations to you end when the reservation is terminated. We will have no obligation to reimburse you for lost accommodation and are not responsible for any expenses or costs incurred as a result of termination.

GUARANTEE DEPOSIT

  • A prior deposit equivalent to the cost of the first night is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be settled directly at the hotel on the day of your arrival.
  • A government-issued photo ID and a credit card or cash deposit are required upon check-in to cover additional charges.

PAYMENTS

  • Payments must be channeled to Canaima Chill House.
  • If you provide credit card details, we will use such information confidentially for the sole purpose of processing your payment.
  • A Deposit Guarantee (earnest money) is required at the time of confirming your reservation.

CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, AND NO-SHOW POLICY

  • Confirmation of change to any reservation is subject to room availability.
  • No refunds are given for cancellations.
  • Canaima Chill House reserves the right to charge your credit card with a cancellation fee equivalent to the number of nights reserved.

HOTEL SERVICES

  • Some of the services within the Hotel are free while others require payment. Please confirm when booking or contact us to avoid confusion.
  • The hotel is not and will not be liable for any loss or damage to property owned or in the custody of the client or its clients, employees, agents contractors, or third-party suppliers.

Access to the hotel room by Canaima Chill House and its staff have the right to enter the hotel room, during the Client’s stay, to carry out cleaning, repair, and similar work.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE WEB

You agree to be bound by the following obligations, including and without limitation:

  • You assume financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account.
  • To make any purchase, you must be over 18 years of age, purchasing for personal use, and have the legal capacity to make the transaction.
  • You warrant that all information you provide to us is true and accurate.
  • Providing incorrect credit card information or an incorrect billing address for debit or debit cards may cause delays in the issuance of your travel documents and increase prices. Please make sure that the information you provide corresponds to what appears on your credit card billing statement. We also reserve the right to cancel your reservation after issuance if payment is not made or if incorrect cardholder information is provided.
  • You may not modify, copy, transmit, distribute, sell, display, license, or reproduce the site or its contents in any way, except if you wish to make copies for your personal use and non-commercial purposes.
